		<description>this is really good -- i wonder what the best first step is for instructors?  do you think that the instructors that are already "sold" on blogging are the most effective users of them in the e-learning environment? or, is it possible to sell them after the course has already started -- as a part of the courseware suite of functional instructional tools?
