		<description>This goes back to what I was saying about being a good member of the community and helping people find their way. You are so right about the power of "linking." 

I mean, after all, isn't the goal of our teaching to empower our students to reach out and make a difference with the knowledge the acquire?  Hyperlinking, as you have shown it, is a fantastic example of how this can be done.

You have given these students the joy of connectedness.  Unfortunately, not everyone is getting that chance in education today.</description>
